A superbly hand carved 3D cicada pendant fashioned from 50.59 carats of beer quartz.  Piercing emerald eyes totalling 0.12 carats are set in 14k gold.  The pendant is suspended from a 14k gold cage bail structurally inspired by the axial lobe of a trilobite.  Length 47mm, width 18.6mm, depth 11.3mm.  Necklace not included.
