Hand carved crystal quartz intaglio scarab (10.84 carats) set in a 9k gold frame and a 925 sterling silver, rhodium finished oval bangle with an invisible clasp.  Encircling the scarab are 0.29 carats of flush set white polki diamonds.  The form of the bangle is inspired by intaglio rings and bangles that are distinctive of the British Georgian and Victorian eras.
